DELUXE ROOF CAGE RACKS

ARB deluxe roof racks are built to support the full rated roof load capacity of a vehicle with the mounting system and structural integrity of the rack being designed to withstand the most demanding of conditions. ARB deluxe racks are available in a variety of lengths and widths for vehicles with or without gutters, SUV wagons, Single Cab and Dual Cab light commercial vehicles so you can choose the appropriate size to suit your requirements. Supplied with stainless steel hardware, and variable height fitting kits, an ARB deluxe roof rack is a great investment for any vehicle.

• Secure Storage: Top rail sits well above rack floor to ensure a secure load and is constructed from tough 25mm tube while the bottom rail utilises 35mm tubing.
• Steel design: Evenly spaced crossbars support the load, which is rated to carry up to 150kg (fully welded steel mesh floor models avaiable). Note: refer to vehicle roof rating speciifcations for allowable and applicable load rating.
• Welded joints: MIG welding is used on the joins to ensure the optimum strength of each rack.
• Pressed vertical supports: Precision cut drainage channel, specifically designed to reduce build up of dirt and accumulation of moisture.
• Deflector Plate: Air deflector plate significantly reduces wind noise.
• Superior mandrel bending: Rails are bent with a mandrel bender, ensuring consistency and even wall thickness across all sections.
